A Second Chance for Hong Kong Tea & Sushi
Hong Kong Tea & Sushi
Will wanted the authentic Beef Chow Ho Fun, but our waiter told us they are out of Ho Fun and suggested to Will that he can order it with instant noodle, rice noodle, or spaghetti. Will asked which noodle I wanted and I said instant noodle, but of course he didn't listen to me and got it with spaghetti.

Last Summer, Will and I ate at Hong Kong Tea & Sushi with friends and I wasn't too happy during our last visit because of the poor service, but this time Will and I gave it a second chance and the service was quick and the food was up to par.
We came on a Saturday evening and it was packed. We waited 10-15 minutes for a table and while we were waiting, we already knew exactly what we wanted to order.

Grass Jelly & Soy Milk |
I sure do love a grass jelly and soy milk once in a while! The grass jelly and soy milk was refreshing and had a little bit of a coconut taste to it which I enjoyed.

Pork Gyoza |
For appetizer we had pork gyoza and since we were hungry we finished the pork gyoza in less than 5 minutes. The pork gyoza was a little crunchy and seasoned just right, just wished it wasn't so small in size.

Stir-Fried Beef with Spaghetti |
I wasn't too happy that he ordered it with spaghetti because my entree already came with spaghetti and beef. The stir-fried beef with spaghetti was mediocre. I wasn't impressed with this dish and it lacked seasoning.

Baked Minced Beef with Spaghetti |
I ordered the Baked Minced Beef with Spaghetti and I have had this before from Hong Kong Tea & Sushi. It was really tasty and satisfying!
I was really blown away by how quick the service was this time even though it was a packed house at the restaurant. I am definitely interested in returning to try more of the food at Hong Kong Tea & Sushi.
